Due to the nature of digital marketing and consulting services, we do not offer refunds once work has commenced or a strategy has been delivered. All payments made to Markase are considered final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement.


2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate payment made in error.
  • Service not delivered, and no work has commenced after payment within a reasonable timeframe (e.g., 14 business days).
  • Cancellation before project start, with no deliverables or resources allocated.

To be eligible, you must contact us at support@markase.com within 7 days of the transaction or issue discovery.


3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • If work has already started or deliverables have been shared.
  • If delays are due to client-side issues, such as lack of communication or late approvals.
  • For dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences after the scope has been followed and delivered.
  • For services purchased as part of promotional or discounted offers.
  • Monthly retainer payments after work has commenced for that period.

4. Custom Projects and Retainers

All custom projects or monthly retainers require a non-refundable upfront payment. If the client chooses to cancel after the project has started, any remaining balance (if applicable) may be credited toward future services at our discretion but will not be refunded.


5. Refund Process

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please email us at support@markase.com with:

  • Contact details
  • Service purchased
  • Date of payment
  • Reason for refund request

We will review your request within 7 business days and notify you of the outcome via email.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10–15 business days.


6. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in immediate termination of services and future engagement bans. We encourage clients to reach out to resolve any issues amicably.

Markase reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
